The 5th Edition of Current Therapies in Obstetrics and Gynecology is a popular collection of short articles summarizing clinical therapy on specific topics in obstetrics and gynecology. There are over 160 contributors to this text, which is edited by two professors-emeritus obstetricians and gynecologists. Rather extensive topics in gynecology, gynecologic oncology, and obstetrics are covered, including perinatology. Advancements within the field are discussed, and contributors offer succinct discussions of topics with pertinent and practical information. There are very few illustrations, but an occasional table or figure supplements the text. For readers looking for a quick, reliable, to-the-point discussion on pertinent topics in obstetrics and gynecology, this book meets that need.
