This volume presents the state of the art in the use of somatostatin and LH-RH analogues in neoplastic diseases. In three chapters contributors address our current knowledge of LH-RH analogues in the treatment of breast, prostate, and ovarian cancers. The mechanism of their action is clearly elucidated in detailed diagrams. The current results and ongoingstudies are presented in comprehensive tables.
